Planipatch fast-setting, polymer-modified, cement-based patching compound, 25 lb (11.3 kg) bag. Ultra fast-drying and self-curing, rapidly develops high compressive strength (>3,500 psi at 28 days, ASTM C109). For repairing cracks, holes and voids up to 1/2 (12 mm) and skimcoating concrete and approved wood underlayments before installing any floor covering. Floor coverings can be installed in about 1 hour (60-90 min dry time). Zero VOC, interior use only. Coverage approx 25-35 sq ft at 1/8 (3 mm), 100-140 sq ft at 1/32 (1 mm) per 25 lb bag.
